  • Authored a stock-take paper on domestic revenue mobilization (DRM) in Nigeria to consolidate the knowledge base on DRM by the World Bank and other development partners.

  • Identified political constrains to taxation reform and formulated a politically-feasible strategy aimed at generating support for taxation reform from public sector officials and civil society.

  • Spearheaded the Bank's effort in mobilizing research and advocacy work on DRM by the Nigerian civil society. Work included selecting think tanks, coordination with stakeholders, and achieving consensus on clear research topics that advance the dialogue on DRM in Nigeria.

  • Advised ILO Regional Director on political and economic developments impacting ILO's mandate in the Arab States through research, technical, analytical, or policy notes delivered on an ad hoc basis.

  • Conducted technical analysis on the formulation of ILO's medium to long-term strategy in the Arab States tailored to accommodate political and economic developments in the region.

  • Analyzed data on 120+ ILO projects between 2010-2017 to identify deficiencies in budget allocation and thematic coverage among the 12 Arab States. Analysis utilized to guide the budget and programmatic allocation of ILO projects in the region in the 2017/2018 biennium.

  • Identified economic activity characteristics and patterns of negative coping mechanisms by gender among Syrian Refugees in Lebanon through an analysis of a dataset of 710,000+ registered Syrian R
